I am so grateful and honored to have begun my training for Universal White Time Healing!! My training for Level 1 was done Feb. 2007 was amazing beyond description and I completed Level 2 in March, 2007. I received my Level 3 training in May, 2007 and I plan on continuing to Level 4 of UWTH as soon as possible, with my beloved Teacher, Wistancia. As a Universal White Time Healing Level Three Practitioner, there a lot of wonderful Possibilities to facilitate a session tailor-made to an individual as well as to offer several more advanced sessions and techniques.

Hands-On Sessions with Universal White Time Healing are HIGHLY EFFECTIVE and VERY POWERFUL!! The effects can also last upwards of one - three months, depending on the techniques used and the issue(s) worked on during the session.

UNIVERSAL WHITE TIME HEALING

HANDS-ON (LOCAL) SESSIONS

Full Hands-On Healing Session:

During this hands-on healing session, Astara will be working on your entire body, front and back, using traditional hand positioning to infuse your entire being with White Time Healing. Astara will also be using powerful symbols, other beautiful and divine energies and words of power to enhance and strengthen your Universal White Time Healing session.

Full Hands-On Session

Including Aura Cleansing & Chakra Balancing:

 You will receive a full hands-on session from Astara as described above plus either a more basic or advanced chakra balancing and aura cleansing. This is really the very best way to conclude your Universal White Time Healing session and is highly recommended. 

The "Basic" balancing and cleansing is good for most people who are not experiencing anything too severe emotionally or physically and is like a nice energy body "tune-up". If there are deeper issues and things at work, the more "Advanced" session is suggested as the aura cleansing and chakra balancing techniques are of a more advanced nature, and can penetrate much deeper, so we are able to work with many things that we otherwise would not really have access to in the auric fields. These sessions utilize UWTH auric scanning techniques as well, to help pinpoint where the issues lie in the auric fields and/or chakras.

Total Balancing Session

Total Balancing is a wonderful UWTH technique and is a wonderful session on its own, or combined with a full session or a Gemstone session. Astara utilizes special points on the body to balance her clients in addition to the more traditional chakra balancing. If you are working with other treatments, like massage and chiropractic, this is a wonderful session to receive beforehand. This is a beneficial session for people who use their arms a lot, like hairdressers, data entry and computer personnel and those who lift heavy things.

Geometric Shape and Color Healing Session

Combine the power of shape with color! The chakras, organs and flows of humans like shapes and respond in specific ways to certain shapes. Healing can and does take place by just using the right geometric shapes in the right places on the body. And if you combine shape with color, you can receive an even bigger and better effect.

Unless different arrangements are made, all sessions will take place in the comfort of YOUR OWN HOME OR APARTMENT.

Once we have determined what kind of session(s) you want to have, we will mutually agree on a date and time for you to experience Universal White Time Healing. You may also want to combine a Gemstone session with your UWTH hands-on session to uniquely and powerfully enhance your experience with the energies of specific gemstone layouts. If you want to commit to several sessions, we can work out a schedule that will work for both of us.

What Happens During a Healing Session? 

1.   The client and the healer are connected mentally together when the healing starts. The brain waves harmonize with each other in the first 30 minutes of the healing. That is why it is important to focus then on the more intense parts of the healing. What this means, in a medical way, is that the brain waves of the healer and the client are in harmony with each other and all of the brain waves - alpha, beta, theta, and delta - are acting together with 90% in both healer and client.     

2.   A normal hands-on healing takes 50 minutes up to an hour. Shoulder healing usually takes 15-40 minutes. A distance healing takes 3-20 minutes. Animal healing 5-15 minutes. Accident healing performed at the scene of an accident, could take 10-20 minutes, but could be longer with a connecting distance healing when the ambulance has taken the person away. Light touch healing, laying the hands on someone’s shoulder or shaking someone’s hands could be done in 1 second to 1 minute. It can also become longer by adding distance healing afterwards.

3.   The healing force is taken into the healer’s crown chakra, at the top of the head. The force of the healing goes down a bit under the heart chakra and then turns there and goes up again through the heart. It twice goes through the heart, warming up with the heart’s energy and the love within the healer. Then the energy flows up from the heart, from the area into both of the arms and down to the hands and out through the palms of the hands. When a person has worked a lot with the healing, the force can be directed in other ways from the heart chakra into other areas of the body, through, for instance, the third eye, the eyes, the mouth, one of the toes or a little finger or something.

4.   During a hands-on-healing, the healer places the hands on the client’s body in a pattern, covering all of the chakras and the important flows of the body. But the healing can also be tailor-made to a client’s particular wish.

5.   The healing force is put deeper into the client by closing at the end of the session. The closing is done at certain energy channels or energy place/points under the feet.

6.   The energy in the client’s body is going to work for 25-27 days. This time can be different, depending on how severe an injury/illness is or how deep a problem is. Some people can have the energy working in them for a longer time, and others, of course, shorter. The shortest time for the healing to work if you haven’t grounded underneath the feet or done a grounding is hand-on healing, 16-18 days. Shoulder healing, 11 days. Distance healing, 7-14 days. Accident healing, 10 days. Light touch healing, 1 day to one week. Animal healing, 14 days. If you ground, all of these will be 25-27 days.

7.   Usually we get quick results from the healing. Usually there is a response from the person after only 3 days. Usually we recommend people to do more than one healing session. The best is to ask them to have 3 sessions because then they would have a completion for both the body, the psychological and emotional things; the problem can be  solved in more than one way. Usually it is not needed to go to more than 10 sessions. But, of course, a person can provide themself with good preventive health care.

8.   The healer who uses Universal White Time Healing has also the knowledge of taking down Universal Forces through something called the “Golden Movement.” This is a special energy movement that is very old and comes from a place even before Creation occurred.

9.   The founders of UWTH have a very deep belief in the “All” existing. Their belief says that everyone is unique. They say that everyone carries a Force that is unique for that person. They believe that every person has a Divine quality themselves and they are a part of the All  and everyone needs to be within the All to make the All complete.

10. You can have any belief you want to when you practice UWTH, but it is smart to have a belief that there is something higher or more profound than yourself.
